Since we’re beginning this journey together, this is a great opportunity to meet fellow Highlands Latin School families, make new friends, and enjoy an evening of fellowship before the school year begins. We’ll have games, swimming, and a delicious BBQ dinner. The pool will be open, with a certified lifeguard on duty throughout the evening.

We’ll provide pulled pork BBQ sandwiches. If you’re able, please sign up to bring a side dish or dessert to share:

Families are welcome to park and walk their students to the classroom on the first day.

Parents may walk students to the classroom door and say goodbye there as teachers welcome students into the classroom. Parents attending the Opening Ceremony may proceed directly to the Morning Gathering Room after check-in.

The carline will begin in Week 2. At that time, families may choose between drive-up carline or walk-up drop-off and pick-up.

First Day Pick-Up

On the first day, families will walk up to the school entrance and wait near the lunch tables.

Afternoon Pick-Up: 3:30–3:45 PM

Carline pick-up option will begin in Week 2. Carline placards will be available on the first day of class. Please keep your placard, as it will be needed for afternoon pick-up going forward.
