All new students require an assessment entering 1st grade and up including new enrolling siblings.

*The registration fee secures your student’s spot, covers the HLS licensing fee, supports teacher training, and serves as your good-faith to attend HLS Dallas - Fort Worth in the fall. This fee must be paid upon enrollment in full and is non-refundable.
Tuition Discounts
Founding Family $250 Per student for the 2026-27 academic year
Multi-Child Discount**10% off annual tuition for each additional child
Multi-child discount is 10% of the Annual Tuition and is deducted from the final monthly installment in April. In the event of a student's withdrawal from the program, the discounted rate for a sibling will no longer apply.
Family Referral Program
There is something especially meaningful about building this community alongside friends and like-minded families.
Option 1: Enrolling Together
If families enroll together through a referral:

The referring family receives a $250 tuition credit per enrolled student.

The referred family also receives a $250 tuition credit per enrolled student.
Option 2: Current Families Referring New Families
For currently enrolled families:

The referring family receives a $250 tuition credit for each newly referred student who enrolls.

The new family receives a $250 tuition credit per enrolled student.
Additional Information

Credits are applied toward tuition and divided across the selected payment plan.

Families may earn multiple referral credits.

To receive referral credit, the referred family must include the referring family’s name on the application.

In addition, both families remain eligible for the $250 Founding Family Discount per enrolled student.
Payment Plan Options
Pay in Full - Receive a $100 Per Student Discount
Families that choose to pay the entire tuition in full will receive a $100 tuition discount per student. Full payment is due by July 1st or within 15 days of enrollment.
Two Payments - Receive a $50 Per Student Discount
Families that choose to pay the entire tuition in two payments will receive a $50 tuition discount per student. The discount will reduce the second payment. Payments are due by July 1st or within 15 days of enrollment and December 1st.
Monthly Payment Plan
10-month payment plan is available to all families at no additional charge. Total balance may be paid early. Exact payments are due monthly on or before Jul 1, Aug 1, Sep 1, Oct 1, Nov 1, Dec 1, Jan 1, Feb 1, Mar 1, Apr 1 (April payment will be reduced for the sibling discount)
Withrdrawal Policy/Tuition Commitment
To reserve a space for your child, the following tuition commitment schedule applies:
As of July 1, 50% of the annual tuition for the upcoming school year is considered committed and is non-refundable, whether the student attends or withdraws after this date.
As of October 1, 100% of the annual tuition is considered confirmed and is non-refundable.
Family Volunteer Commitment
At Highlands Latin Cottage School Dallas–Fort Worth, we believe strong communities grow when families work together. Each family is asked to contribute 25 volunteer hours per year to support school events, keep costs affordable, and aid fundraising efforts.
We understand that certain seasons can be especially busy. Families who are unable to complete the volunteer hours may choose to make a suggested donation of $300 instead. These funds will go into the PTO account and be used to support our community events. While this option provides flexibility, we truly value the time and presence of families who can participate. Your involvement strengthens our classrooms and builds a warm, connected community.
